What If I Need to Cancel a Job?
Understanding the cancellation process and associated policies.
We understand plans can change. Here's how cancellation works:
Before Pilot Assignment
If no pilot has been assigned to your job yet, you can cancel without any fees. Simply go to the job listing and click "Cancel Job."
After Pilot Assignment (Before Work Starts)
If a pilot has been assigned but work hasn't started:
- Review your job agreement for specific terms
- Cancellation fees may apply
- The pilot will be notified automatically
During an Active Ferry
If you need to cancel during an active ferry:
- Contact support immediately
- Escrow funds will be handled according to the dispute resolution process
- Partial payment may be due for work already completed
How to Cancel
Navigate to the job from your dashboard
Click "Job Actions" > "Cancel Job"
Select a cancellation reason
Confirm the cancellation
